Elevating the Royal Ascot Summer House Experience
Building on a very successful partnership from the previous year, Royal Ascot requested we transform their prestigious Summer House Royal Enclosure VIP hospitality space into a lush Mediterranean-inspired retreat, evolving beyond the previous years green palm house theme.
This new brief called for a floral, colourful, and soft classical flair, subtly incorporating Royal Ascot elements without detracting from its heritage. This exclusive space needed to cater to 170+ VIP guests daily.
Inspired by the sun-soaked groves of Italy’s Amalfi coast, we crafted a dreamscape experience featuring playful lemon designs, sea blues, and lush green foliage. We managed every detail, from initial concept and floor plans to precise 3D plans and event build, ensuring perfection and cohesiveness. The immersive environment captivated guests, creating lasting impressions and a strong connection with the brand.
